This is a useful handheld tool to ensure a smooth and even dispersal of inks you require to form a unique colour for your tattooing or permanent makeup. After selecting the inks, introduce the required amounts of each into your pigment cup ring, and then immerse the mixer stirring rod into the inks and activate the mixer to blend the inks to the required shade.
